CGS Hospital has established a dedicated unit for destitute dogs and cats at the hospital premises. Christened “The Pasha Wing”, in remembrance of a beloved soul, the unit will cater primarily to sick and ailing dogs and cats rescued from the streets.

Inaugurated on 30th December 2019, we hope that this new venture inspired purely out of “love for the voiceless” will enable more people to rescue and aid helpless injured and ailing stray dogs and cats.

As part of the philanthropic activities of the CGS Charitable Trust, the Pasha wing will provide discounted rates on all veterinary services which includes Health Checks, Vaccinations, Diagnostics ( X-ray, Ultrasonography, Echocardiography, CT Scan), Routine Surgeries (castration, spaying), Specialized Advanced Surgeries.

Dr. Vikash Singh Chauhan graduated from Veterinary College, Bangalore in 2009, after which he earned his masters in the Department of Veterinary Surgery and Radiology from LLRUVAS, Hisar. He worked in companion animal practice in Delhi and Chandigarh for three years before he joined CGS Hospital in 2013.

He is been trained in Veterinary Diagnostic Endoscopy and Surgical Laparoscopy in Germany in 2016 and Small Animal Computed Tomography (CT scan) in Italy in 2019 by the European School of Advanced Veterinary Studies. He is trained in Veterinary Cardiology and Orthopaedics by the finest veterinarians from USA and Europe.

His best fields are Radiology (CT scan, Ultrasonography, Echocardiography, and X-ray), Veterinary Diagnostic Endoscopy, Abdominal and Thoracic Laparoscopic surgery, Orthopaedics, and Soft tissue surgery. He is a member of the American College of Veterinary Radiology (ACVR) and the International Veterinary Radiology Association (IVRA).

He is the first certified Veterinary Radiologist in India to start and standardize CT scans in small animal clinical practice. He has a keen interest in ophthalmology.

He has been trained in skin grafting and axial flap pattern by Southpaws Veterinary Hospital Australia. He is an expert in small animal neurology and is trained by experts from Royal Veterinary College London in small animal spinal surgeries.

He is an expert speaker and coach on Veterinary Laparoscopic Surgery and has trained many vets in laparoscopic surgery.

He is an expert speaker and trainer in Small Animal Ultrasound and has trained various vets from different parts of the country.

He is a speaker and coach in Small Animal Flexible Endoscopy and he trained many vets at World Laparoscopy Hospital Gurgaon.

CGS Hospital is proud to announce its new pet care center in Delhi. CGS Veterinary Care for Dogs and Cats is a newly opened top-notch facility at Sarojini Nagar that provides comprehensive pet care services including grooming, diagnostic testing, surgical procedures, in-house pharmacy, vaccination, and other medical treatments for your furry friends.

There is an in-house pharmacy along with a pet store from where you can purchase medicines, pet food, toys, grooming products, and many more.

Situated in the heart of South Delhi, CGS Veterinary Care for Dogs & Cats, Sarojini Nagar offers easy access to experienced and skilled veterinarians who can provide preventative care, diagnosis, treatment, and advice on nutrition and other aspects of pet care. The center has separate OPD & IPD for dogs (1st floor) and cats (2nd floor).

The pet care center is easily accessible with ample car parking space or via the metro.
